I'm a writer, editor, and first-generation farmer living in the Thousand Islands Region of New York State. My work has been published by Thrillist, Microsoft News, Newsweek, Martha Stewart Living, Playgirl, Mother Earth Living, and many more. My second book, Farm + Land's Back to the Land (with co-author Freddie Pikovsky), came out in 2019. I work as managing editor at Stacker, a data-driven media company that applies expert analysis to datasets and contextualizes today's most pressing stories.
