Dr Jolanta Burke is a Chartered Psychologist and a Senior Lecturer at the Centre for Positive Health Sciences, RCSI University of Medicine and Health Sciences. Her research explores body-and-mind Positive Health Interventions and ways to increase their efficacy to improve wellbeing. Her particular interest is the impact of genetically-predisposed environmental sensitivity on engaging with wellbeing interventions. She has authored eight books, the latest one, "Positive Health: 100+ research-based positive psychology and lifestyle medicine interventions to improve your wellbeing", published by Routledge. She was acknowledged by the Irish Times as one of 30 people who make Ireland a better place.
