Lyric Aquino is an Indigenous multimedia reporter from Lorain, Ohio, and is currently based in New York. She is dedicated to telling the stories of underrepresented peoples and enjoys reporting on communities she's part of. Lyric has bachelor's degrees in journalism and anthropology and is earning her master’s degree at New York University in science, health and environmental reporting.
