Varshini Balaji (she/her) is pursuing her graduate studies in Anthropology at The New School. She is also working as a researcher with a number of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) consulting firms. Growing up across six countries, Varshini has always been curious about the human experience and the cultural forces that shape it. Her anthropological training, passion for storytelling, and commitment to equity and justice guide her thinking and work.
