Designed by anonymous Tumblr user 2Sanon in 2016, the Two-Spirit Pride Flag combines symbols of both Indigenous and LGBTQ+ communities.
The flag is not an official agreed-upon design, but it is the most commonly seen Two-Spirit Pride Flag.
The two feathers signify masculine and feminine energies, while the circle indicates oneness. The symbol is usually placed atop a Rainbow Pride Flag, but it can also be seen over Transgender, Nonbinary, or Progress Pride Flags.

The symbols of the Two-Spirit Pride Flag each represent a different concept:
