Christina Daniken is a Research Associate at the Indiana University Lilly Family School of Philanthropy. She is the Editor-in-Chief of Giving USA: The Annual Report on Philanthropy. Giving USA analyzes current trends in the philanthropic sector and provides estimates on total giving in the United States each year. Giving USA is the longest-running annual report on charitable giving in the country. During her time with the Lilly Family School, Christina also authored the Next Generation of Philanthropy report which examines the charitable giving of Millennial and Gen Z donors, identifying their unique preferences and patterns in giving. Christina earned a graduate degree from the Lilly Family School of Philanthropy and has a background in market research and managing research grants at the Indiana University School of Medicine. She has been a long-time volunteer with healthcare and education nonprofits.
