I am a cultural anthropologist and Latina/o studies scholars with more than two decades of teaching at a small liberal arts college. I have written 3 monographs related to Latina/o communities in the Midwest and Puerto Rico. And I am also the co-author of 2 edited anthologies in Latina/o studies.
