I am Professor and Director of Graduate Studies in the Department of Political Science at Georgia State University. I am also the Editor of the academic journal Questions in Politics with Dr. J. Benjamin Taylor. From 2013 to 2014, I was on a Fulbright Scholar Fellowship in Japan at the University of Tokyo and Japan Women's University. I also write the AI and Politics Substack. I have written 35 academic journal articles and seven peer-reviewed books.
