Sam Slupski is a writer, creator, and community organizer living in Austin, Texas. Their work illuminates stories about mental health, centers empathy and compassion, and explores reparenting, ancestry, self-care, and how a body survives trauma. They were a finalist for the 2019 Button Poetry Chapbook Contest, and their writing can be found in Recenter Press, Pass/Fail, and more.
